By providing your phone number and opting in via our web form or other means, you consent to receive SMS communications from Forever Gifting related to your inquiries, purchases, and promotional offers. 12. Refunds & Billing

All purchases of gifts and gifting services through Forever Gifting are considered final once customization or fulfillment has begun.

Cancellations & Refunds:
You may cancel your order and request a full refund only if the item has not yet entered the engraving, personalization, or preparation stage. Once an item is in production or has been prepared for delivery, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by client inaction (e.g. not providing engraving details) or for dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences once items are finalized.

Shipping & Returns:
We do not accept returns on engraved or customized products. If a return is approved under special circumstances, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Billing Inquiries:
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of your charge. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
